Golden Smoothie

This smoothie is not your kids or Power work out smoothie!

This savory smoothie will fill your body with antioxidants, calcium, probiotics , omega 3 fatty acids and alpha lipoic acid.


1 cup skim milk

½ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt

½ cup turmeric kombucha

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tablespoons chia seeds

½ cup carrots

1 cup ice

Dash of Cinnamon and chia seeds to garnish
